About IAMQS
A qualification framework built for the AM industry
IAMQS was created by industry, for industry — developed by the European Welding Federation (EWF) with the support of the International Institute of Welding (IIW) to ensure companies and professionals are equipped with the right skills to implement AM at an industrial level. Built on the same robust, transparent quality system behind the internationally recognised welding qualification framework, IAMQS started with Metal AM and continues to expand its scope across Operator, Designer, Supervisor, Inspector, Coordinator, and Engineer qualifications.
3D Gens is the only Authorised Nominated Body (ANB) permitted to award IAMQS certification in Malaysia — the sole local pathway to this internationally recognised qualification for AM Operators, Designers, and Engineers.
