IAMQS ANB — Impartiality & Conflict-of-Interest Statement

1. Commitment to Impartiality

3D Gens Sdn. Bhd., acting as an Authorised Nominated Body (ANB) under the International Additive Manufacturing Qualification System (IAMQS) governed by the European Welding Federation (EWF), is fully committed to impartiality, fairness, and transparency in all qualification, assessment, and certification activities. We recognise that impartiality is essential to maintaining confidence in the IAMQS certification process and to protecting the credibility of all issued qualifications.

2. Independence and Objectivity

3D Gens ANB operates with complete independence from any commercial, financial, or personal interests that could compromise objectivity. Specifically:

• All decisions on candidate qualification, certification, and ATB approval are made exclusively by authorised boards within the ANB structure.
• The Advisory Board provides independent oversight and ensures that impartiality is maintained in every operational and decision-making process.
• The Examination Board functions separately from training delivery to preserve fairness in all assessment and result validation activities.

3. Management of Conflicts of Interest

Potential conflicts of interest are identified, documented, analysed, and mitigated through our Quality Management System. All ANB, ATB, and contracted personnel are required to:

1. Declare any actual or potential conflict of interest prior to performing any IAMQS-related task.
2. Refrain from participating in any decisions where impartiality could be affected.
3. Sign an annual Conflict of Interest Declaration Form acknowledging their responsibility to uphold neutrality and confidentiality.

4. Transparency and Public Confidence

This statement is maintained as a publicly accessible document, available without request, in accordance with IAMQS-001-21 §1.8. It is published at www.3dgens.com/iamqs-anb and is reviewed annually or upon any significant change to the ANB structure or operations.
