This project was produced for USM Nibong Tebal as a prototype for water simulation research.
Due to the size of the siphon, the design engineers needed to segment the part to achieve a successful print. The 3D design was split into 12 separate parts, which were then combined into the final prototype. PLA filaments were used for printing; the parts were later joined using adhesive and fused with melted filament.
The prototype was delivered fully assembled and functioning.
